Hi,
I made a recharge of Rs.379 to my airtel prepaid number 9965226869 today (14th April 2020) in the afternoon. Amount was deducted from my bank account as I paid through UPI option. Now I am not able to see the transaction in thanks app as well as it was not reflected in my number.
Tried reaching through thanks app but no option to raise a complaint there, 121 ans 198 is not working, it’s driving me crazy.
Please do the needful ASAP.

Recharge amount rs 49 is debited from my account for airtel no 7479653839 but balance is not showing. What is the reason?
