Dear Sir/Mam,
I (Amit Shaw) am a customer of your network from last 4 years having my number as +91-8647917492 and I am continuously recharging by number as from the highest amount of recharge, let me tell you this that I am having a very pathetic issue of internet service from your network, as I know that now there is a huge pandemic problem is going on through out the world as people are home quarantined, but let me tell you that I am facing the problem before all these and I have called and also registered my complaint regarding this many times but I couldn’t found any satisfactory action from your side and still facing the same problem and it’s also getting worst.
It will be very helpful to me if you can look into this and please do the needful as soon as possible as this is turning out to be a very unsatisfactory service from you. I am also attaching a proof of what I am having right now as your internet service claimed as high speed 4G network at a metropolitan city right now.
