I have problem with airtel recharge policy that is if I recharge for 35 rs for 28 days validity how can they deduct my balance after 28 days. I use this scheme for my mother she mostly use her mobile for attending our incoming calls but once package is over they also cut incoming calls.. This is totally unfair to customers.
