Text of Complaint by Ongmu:

  • Prepaid recharge done twice for same pack. Still from my account I can see that one transaction is pending refund at bank. But whenever I sent mail to 121@airtel.in or airtel presence@airtel.in no response. Called 121 from same prepaid number but no option to update email address even tried updating from account but still unable to update. Whenever I sent mail then they are asking to update email address. But unable to update email from account as well as sending SMS or even after calling 121 no option exists for updating email ID. Please kindly assist to get refund.
