I recharged my vodafone prepaid, 8087699267 with Rs 279 using online recharge, they have committed to provide unlimited local and std calls and 4gb data for 84 days but after recharge they have credited only 4gb data and their customer care representative is saying my number is eligible for unlimited calls hence we can not provide. My question if my number is not eligible there online should not offer me this package to recharge this is kind of fraud. They are showing one thing while selling and after taking money they are refusing to give what they committed.
