on sept 18 i have paid Rs 48 to rechage my Mob No 9909903001, i received sms ‘Rs 48 Recharge Successfull’ but until now it is not activated, request to activate the same ,

on 30 oct 2020 i had done a recharge of 255 (Jio Cricket Plan) through my jio app my recharge Successful and balance got deducted and my previous plan 199 expire date was 30 oct so i had done the recharge 255 but my 255 plan benefits not credited so i called jio Customer care and they had taken a complain and complain resolution date was 1 nov. and my data was stop working due to pay previews plan was expire so i again called CC and my call got transfered to Senior Department and from senior department one of the employee ask me recharge Plan 199 and i done the same and he said the our technical team will call you and they will refund the amount rs 255 to your account. but i did not got any call from technical team them i again called to customer care and one the stuff inform that your 255plan benefits expire due to 199 plan recharge old plan got overwrite. so my question is that why they are providing wrong information ??? very poor service provider…
