I have paid rs.379 on 02.05.2020 to recharge prepaid mobile no.9842673567. But my mobile was not recharged on 2.5.20 and hence out going calls are stopped. Due to emergency, I have paid rs.399 again on 02.05.20 to recharge and my mobile was recharged. I want to know when rs.379 ( ref.Bank advice no.OTHPG 218656 AIRTEL GURGAON for Rs.379) will be refunded to me. I have already made a complaint in Airtel customer care. Please repay the amount immediately.
