I booked food in 12621 train on 22Apr23 with ecatering. Irctc.co.in through OLF stores approved by irctc with my pnr 4245601486 seat no 41 coach A2 for food delibered at Nagpur station.
Order Confirmation no. was received on successful payment but order was not delivered, even no intimation was giver by OLF or irctc for not providing food at Nagpur station.
When I call to olf stores, they are saying that you suppose to inform ealry, how can I know that my food is not coming? Even they didnt assure me that my payment will refund or not.
Request take strict action against them. Screenshot of order & payments attached.
