I placed an order with Zivame on 18th August 2022. The order number is: 720882216. The status of the order was shown as delivered on 22nd August 2022. (Right now they have somehow changed the date to 29th August) However, I have not received the order.
Moreover,I was not contacted by any delivery person nor was was I given the contact details of the person who was supposed to deliver the order.
I did contact the zivame chat assistant service, however they have failed to solve the issue till date.
