I had ordered 2 dress worth rs 998 and prepaid it from www.vwrstern.com customer service is not available email id info.myethnic@gmail.com is not answering mails ..plz help to refund my money

Hello, i have ordered on COD basis rs. 998. I received the order but the product is not as per the order. I already mail the compaint on info.myethnic@gmail.com. there is no reply . And there is no contact no where i call. This is fraud website. How i get my money back rs. 998/-
They said there is a shipping problem when I texted them on instagram after two days they replied the delivered date has passed and i haven’t received my order.. I paid 700 this is so unfair. Is there any way for us to get back our money?
Yes this is fake site .I add product in vwestern cart but I didn’t pay because I feel this site is fake or fraud then one day I receive a call from vwestern and I told the call girl that I didn’t have trust in your company then she told me you can do cod of product so I agree and purchase one kurti but after few day I received the parcel and i receive different product which is cheap and low cost and now I want to return the product and I am trying to call on that number but no response.
