I ordered a realme narzo mobile worth 13000/- and my payment was prepaid through Google pay and when I called and complained that my order status states that It has been delivered I immediately filed a complaint stating that I haven’t received any phone they asked for my co-operation and told me to call back after 5 days and now they are saying they are no mistakes from their side and they refused to help me in any manner and they aren’t refunding my amount as well .
