I had ordered tops from anutamya brand on Instagram. I had placed my order on the 24th of April 2024. I had made a payment of Rs.2600 /- which included the shipping cost too. After placing the order they said that it’ll be shipped in 4-5 days. They provided no contact details or an email confirmation for the order. It’s 8th of May today and they still have not shipped the order saying that there is an issue with the courier service. And today when i asked them for an update they replied saying that if I am that impatient then I can have it shipped to myself. I said fine and asked them for the details for the pick up, they said they aren’t gonna give them. Then they became very rude and said then I should be patient and they will ship it and I should just wait some more. They sent me a DTDC tracking number and when I tracked it, it was showing details from 2020. When I asked them about it, they got verbally abusive and blocked me. How do I resolve this?
