I had ordered 5 shirts vide order no 114074648 amounting Rs 3095/- on 1/8/21 on Tataqliq which was prepaid. On 6th August the delivery person came to deliver but at that time OTP was not received so he didn’t delivered. After that so many mails and calls to tatacliq were helpless. Daily we attend 9 to 10 phone calls to answer that we want our order and till date we didn’t receive.
We are not getting our prepaid order and we get harassed by attending same phone calls daily 9 to 10 calls from tatacliq persons but not attempt to resolve long pending complaint.
