I had placed an order on July 11th 2020 for an amount of Rs 2362. I had contacted Amazon about the order not being delivered on October 6th and the customer care had asked me to wait for three working days before my issue is addressed. It was not addressed and I contact them again on October 13th when they refused to take any responsibility and have asked me to forget about the money.
