I prepaid a order from meesho and according to them it got delivered on 23rd Aug 2023. When i noticed it was marked delivered when i received nothing, i was in panic only to receive a voice note in WhatsApp from the delivery guy that he can’t deliver my product due to personal issues so i waited but i received neither my product nor any refund. The delivery guy also blocked my number. After several failed attempts of contacting meesho help centre, i was finally able to talk to them on Aug 30 which was also the last day of refund policy, the agent told me to not worry as it wasn’t late and they’d resolve it in 6-7 days. Again no response from them, i gave up on calling them and tried using their chat help centre which was also of no help as the agents were really slow and lazy and only repeated the same bot message or they’d close the chat while i was typing. When i threatened them with consumer complaint, they said they will file another complaint for me and to wait 48 hrs. Again, no solution from them it was 8th sept, i kept called them only to be told again and again, it was a no otp delivery and they can’t do anything, the courier service was responsible for it. They heartlessly told me it wasnt a lot of money so i can order the product again and hanged up. I now was contacting the delivery guy again with my mother’s number, he picked up once and told me he doesnt remember but will look into it but minutes after i called him, i was blocked again. Then i called him with my father’s phone, he picked up and laughed, chilling, that he will check tomorrow. Today i was still trying to call him and realised he blocked this number too. I thankfully had my landline number, i called him to ask why’d he always block my numbers and if he found my product. He laughed at me and said he didn’t go to work so he cant do anything. This time my mom snatched my phone and argued with him but he refused to let us know even where their godown is and hanged up. Later we found out, pocketship courier services used by meesho are a fraud and many have been scammed till this day especially for prepaid orders and meesho refuses to take responsibility
