My order id is 344189740. I ordered a few products online from Shoppers Stop worth Rs. 2987.33 and made the payment via upi. Now yesterday I see all the products showing as delivered. I never received any of the products. I called customer care several times but the issue remain unresolved. What do I do? How do I get my money back?
