I have ordered one jet spin mop from Amazon and we got a call that the product will be delivered on 9th but the delivery van did not have our parcel and we were informed that it has been misplaced.
Thereafter I have raised complain twice but everytime I am given assurance that I ll get the product now the status that is showing when I track my order is that delivery was attempted but the delivery agent couldn’t reach is.
Kindly resolve my issues
