I Ordered an Earbud in Big Billion Sale on 5th October 2021 which was a prepaid order from Flipkart. The Delivery Date that was promised was on or before 11 October 2021 but the product was not delivered and they updated that they will deliver by 13 October 2021. I waited but again product was not delivered so i requested the delivery to be on 14th October 2021 but again it was not delivered and same for 15th October. By then I have had multiple talks with customer support. If I called on the delivery day before 7:00 PM they said to wait till 7:00 PM and if I called after 7:00 PM they said we are sorry for delay and will deliver next day which never happened. Finally on 16th they said they will deliver the product for sure by 20th October 2021 and today on 18 October they are saying that they won’t deliver by 20 .. They will update the status by 20 October 2021.
Please help me with this.
