I have ordered groceries on jio mart on 9th April 2023 for the invoice amount of ₹ 2326.50 and I have paid through online. But my order is not delivered till 24th April 2023. Only order delivery date changing everyday. I registered a complaint with customer care on 20 th April 2023. They told to wait for another 3 days to take up the complaint and resolve the issue. But after 3 days also, order is not delivered. Again called up the customer care, this time they are telling to wait for another one week. I checked the complaint status online , t is showing completed. Again I called up the customer care several times,they are disconnecting /not responding. I don’t know how to get ordered items / refund. There is no option to cancel the order also.
