I ordered some food to zomato on 5th March with Order ID 2406797568, But I didn’t receive my order.
Zomato delivery partner has marked order as deliver.
Zomato deliver executive called me and said i am standing outside Bank of Baroda, I asked him to come at my exact address. I was ready to helping him with location.
After sometime he called me again and said I am standing here I don’t which location he were talking about. I said him again to come at my exact address, he was regularly arguing and saying i am at exact address and asked me to cancel the order if i am not coming.
How can he marked order as deliver?????
It’s my prepaid order that’s why he did this ???
What if it was COD order then he didn’t able to do this.
I didn’t receive my order.
I escalated it to zomato customer support they didn’t help me.
I mailed order@zomato.com and support@zomato.com
They didn’t help me even after 24 hours after that they didn’t respond me.
I want hardest action to that delivery guy and Zomato.
And i want my amount revert.
