Hie. I want to do complaint about my Airtel prepaid number i.e. 7668968411. I recharge my number with Rs.666 but when i insert the sim card in my phone it is not working and then i went to nearby Airtel office they said I can’t take the new duplicate sim of same number because it was registered with the name of my brother who is no more now.
So , please kindly revert back the amount of recharge to the mode which i use to pay for recharge and please help me out from this.
