Text of Complaint by Sumbul fatima:

Dear Sir
On 2 August 2020, I initiated a recharge of INR 598 on her prepaid mobile number 9717674226, though amount got debited from her bank account but still no recharge took place. She used Airtel thanks app for the recharge and paid the amount via UPI Google pay. We have the message from Google pay with the respective reference number (Please see the attachment in the email).

I tried connecting with the customer care rep but couldn’t. We called at your customer care number, but we are unable to register our complaint. It shocks us why you have made the system so complicated that reaching out to a customer care rep has become a daunting task.

I have tried everything possible talking to your reps, writing to nodal officer and tried calling him too, but so far we have not received any assistance. We are your loyal customers for 15 years, yet you guts pay no heed to our genuine concerns. We called on 121, 198, 400 but yet the situation is the same.

We are utterly dissatisfied and disappointed with the behaviour of your company reps. This is highly unprofessional.
