Sir/Madam. The above mobile was recharged on 02 July 2020 with a pack of RS 297, the validity was up-to 29 July 2020. On 23 July it was charged with a pack of RS 379 for a validity of 379 days. The validity of second pack instead of starting from 30 July 2020 it started from 23 July causing a loss of 7 days validity. Kindly correct it. Regards. Rajender Kumar. rk.5813.59@gmail.com
