Text of Complaint by Francesca Baptista:

I had ordered groceries worth 4k online on 4th June 2020 and was promised delivery by 6th June. The delivery did not arrive on the said date. However the next day the portal showed that the order was already delivered. Astonished I called the helpline provided on the site, was made to wait for quite a while, and finally when I did get an exec on the other hand I explained the matter.

The woman said that I would receive the order by 5 pm. So I politely asked her if she could share an email or an SMS notifying me of the claim she made. To this, her response was that she is working from home and hence couldn’t. Then I asked her how was I to trust her words, to which she simply cut the call.

Eager to find another way to voice my complaint I went to Jiomart’s Facebook page only to find that I’m not the only one being defrauded. And there seems to be no customer or chat support to address our queries.

I need a full refund of my order at the earliest.
