had booked a room at Goroomgo Kabir Charbagh Lucknow for the day 21th Dec of 2021 via www.agoda.com.AGODA give me a confirmation id 624329381 on my mail adress in the mail they confirmid my booking at that hotel.When i reached the hotel they denied to give room .I drive with my family over 300 km to reach there. I tried to contact the Agoda helpdesk, but their contact number was not mentioned any where (In their site or booking confirmation email). I would like to take immediate legal action on Agoda and want my prepaid amount to be reimbursed.
