On 6th march, 2023, at 22:30 pm, I had ordered food for Rupees 301 /-.
It was supposed to be delivered at 8:00 am next morning at Bilaspur junction. I had ordered and paid so early so that I could get my food on time and I was hungry a lot as I had not eaten anything from the train
And there was no pantry car on the train as well.
But to my horrible surprise, I got to know that the order has been misplaced my the restaurant delivery person and my delivery was denied. I had to call the restaurant several times and he kept saying please wait he is analysing the situation, I will get my food. He told to to go to different coaches to search for my food if it has been delivered to someone else. I kept searching complete 15 coaches for my food. But didn’t find any.
I remained hungry, frustrated and my mental condition deteriorated.
I felt weak, caught fever and am suffering from weakness.
I request irctc to refund the amount I paid and compensate me with minimum rupees 1000 /- for the shocking trouble caused to me.
I have attached the supporting documents and have the call recordings with me if required.
