My airtel number 88*****866 was converted from postpaid to prepaid on 1 January 2019 but even after that, I am being wrongly charged 424rs on 20 Feb’2019 for ISD outgoing.
My prepaid number had international roaming recharge at that period (20th Feb 2019) but somehow your system billed me as postpaid. As my credit card was on auto debit so amount 424rs was deducted for that.
Please look into the matter and refund my money.

Payment is done through Card ending with 9243.
