I have a valued customer with Vodafone, 03.01.2018 at 3:17 am one message comingĀ from VodafoneĀ is “Hi. Your account has been adjustedby Rs. 24 to extend OG validity by 28 days.” Without any call or sms they will deduct form my account rs. 24/- for out going validity extended. I contact customer care at 8:20 am and there executive said that the deduction was not refundable because my validity was expired, but i told him how can you deduct my balance from my account with out any call or sms, then he lodge a complain and said that within 5:00 pm they will short out the deduction and complain no is 2502777360 dated 03.01.2019 at 08:20 am, but a call from vodafone no. 6620 5000 in 2.45 pm and said that balance deduct was not reverse.
