On 29th Jun 2023, my broadband connection with AirTel stopped working. I have raised a complaint (service request – 10199289181) on 30th Jun morning. On 1st Jul, couple of engineers have come and checked the connection. They said the fault is with the line and they are changing the line. Post that there are no responses from the service engineers. I have made calls to the service desk (121) and enquired the status of the request. I was given commitments to get this resolved in 4 hours. As I write this (3rd Jul, 3:10pm) the issue is still not resolved. I am a pre-paid plan customer and I had to wait (still waiting) for the issue to be resolved.
