I ordered a DESCALER Quick Descale for Washing Machines on 5th October 2021 – Tax Invoice Order Id: OD123030200156660000 – Invoice No: FAGQ082200055776. This product didn’t have any manufacturing date nor expiry date as mandated by GOI. I took it with the company so many times thro. phone & emails to their customer service Head as well as Grievance Officer, but in vain. i paid by cash & they SHOULD EUND THE MONEY ALSO THRO> THE SAME MODE. I was magnanimous in providing them alternates:
1. AN account payee cheque drawn in mfor & send the same thro. Courier to my residence address
2. Offer me a coupon, without any ifs & buts & validity till I use it for purchase of product(s) I like from FlipKart.
They are very adamant & have not done it yet in spite of three alternates.
I WARNED THEM ON MULTIPLE OCCASIONS THAT THEY SHOULD SETTLE THIS ISSUE AMICABLY & SHOULD NOT FORCE ME TO ESCALATE THIS ISSUE. It is more than 5 weeks & they never seem to have any intention whatsoever to refund the amount due to me with interest & penalty for the delay. HENCE THIS COMLAINT THRO. CONSUMER COMPALINTS FORUM.
