Text of Complaint by Nipun Gupta:

The vodafone had assured me that I will get a 1 year Amazon Prime subscription on my mobile number.
The subscription was activated on 18th Feb 2019. But it was prematurely deactivated by Vodafone on 28th Sep 2019.
I registered a complaint on 5th Oct 2019 and was given a complaint number C004-37119657909. I was assured
that the complaint will be resolved by 6:00 pm on 6th Oct 2019. However there was no response from your customer care
team and the complaint was not attended by the assured time.
I again called back to your customer care on 7th Oct 2019 to get the status of my complaint. Mr Diwakar attended my call who
gave me a very poor response. When I asked him to transfer my call to floor supervisor, he didn’t do it and kept on saying that
it will take 2 hours and all the supervisors are busy. When I told him that I am waiting, he disconnected my call.
When I called back, he told it was me who disconnected the call.
Finally after a lot of persuasion, the call was transferred to floor supervisor, who again was not able to help me.
Therefore, Kindly note that the response from VODAFONE towards my complaint has been pathetic.
Neither the complaint has been resolved in time since 2 days nor I was treated well by your staff.
