Vodafone changed my post paid plain to higher amount plan without my consent and I was not aware of it. When I saw my bill then I realise that something was happened and then I contacted to customer service and they told me that plan has been changed. I asked to reverse it but they said it cannot be done and ask me to go to store.
I want to store 3 times but they are not changing my sim from post paid to repaid even though I have paid the amount.
