Hi I am user of the vodafone no. 9823304685. I had more than 4 ooo Rs, balance in my prepaid card which became zero suddenly one day. I have contacted many customer care executives but nobody is able to resolve the issue.

I am also contacting consumer forum for this. Also will post the same on social media if my money is not reverted to my account. I am struggling from last couple of months for the same.
