Sir/Madam
I am Smritinath Ghara, from Tamluk, Purba Medinipur. In the year of 2019 i have taken a product loan from Zest Money,loan amount-19839 ,loan financed by DMI Finance Pvt. Ltd. I made payment ontime, between lockdown period the call me and tell me to reduce emi and interest i also agree and they create a new loan account against previous due loan amount(11737/-) and that also financed by DMI Finance Private Ltd. bearing Account No-DMI0002409513. After that i pre close the loan account and paid all the dues in January 2021 and then I request them to send me NOC. I send mail several time but no reply from zest money, after few month I saw my cibil Score day by day decrease for this Loan Account for negative balance and in last three month this account shows charge off/Written off. I call above twenty (20) times and also send mail above ten (10) times but they only tell please wait 15-25 days… this process continue going on from the year-2021. At this situation kindly tell me the cibil correction process and kindly take necessary action against this NBFC. I also Share my Last month cibil report and the password is-10101991
