Text of Complaint by Chetna:

I am a customer of vi company.on 22 and 23 april 25 and 5 rupees deducted respectively from my balance for PPU GAME SUBSRIPTION. I haven’t subscribed to any games and i don’t received any message regarding the subscription. I also checked VAS(value added services) and there was nothing in that.I got text messages regarding deduction.During that time i was on some training and not using my phone.on 25 april I called vi customer care and complaint about deduction. They asked me that the deducted amount will be refunded within 48 hours. On 27 april i get the call from vodafone and told that I’m not eligible for deduction because the complaint of refund should be lodged within 24hours of deduction. They told me to get refund of either 5 or 25 as goodwill. I’m not eligible for refund of total 30. Without any subsription my balance was deducted and now I’m not getting refund.
