Text of Complaint by Yash Raval:

We had booked a superior queen room in Hotel Grace Galaxy, Bandra west, Mumbai.

We had paid Rs. 4127 for one night stay.

There was power cut in the hotel due to some technical issue. We waited for 50 minutes in the room without electricity. Even, Hotel staff didn’t care to call and ask whether the electricity has arrived not. We are calling the reception again and again to know the status of electricity. They didn’t came back to us for 50 minutes.

Again at 4 AM in the morning of 15th August 2022. The electricity went off. We waited for 10 minutes and called the reception to inform about the same. We had to disturb our sleep at 4 in the morning to go out the room check and whether the electricity is there or not.

In the morning when we called the owner of the hotel Zainnudin V.K. . He refused to acknowledge the fact that power was cut off for more than 30 minutes. He even refused that there was power cut at 4 am in the morning. He said that we are lying that there was power cut. He even refused to talk to his own night staff.
