Power Bank purchased from Amazon which has not been delivered after 1.5 month & refund is still not received.
Followed up multiple times with Amazon customer care representatives. Every time I call them they say it will take 3-5 working days. But again I need to call them on 6 th day as there is no progress, no refund provided. Please help.
