Ordered for some items from pohunch.com website paying Rs 649 through internet banking. Got confirmation of my order No.KT2022-10-12239 Dt. 11.10.22. on the next day I didn’t find my order in my pohunch account page. No further communication received from them. I lodged complain through email and WhatsApp but no response from them. Purely cheating. Either deliver my items or refund money.
