I have purchased two used furniture items from their Quickr Baazar, a sofa set and dining table with 6 chairs. Paid about 30000 rupees for the items, their service charge and delivery. Since nearly a week the confirmed date of delivery is getting changed by a day daily, The one seller I have contact with is also confused what is happening. He has not received any amount also. The customer support is very poor. There is no one picking the phone but get a message to send mail and the mails are not being responded by Quickr or get a auto mail. This is a FRAUD company and website. Agencies should take action soon. DON’T BUY OR SELL FROM QUICKR.
