Dear Sir,
I had taken a loan amout of Rs.2000 from postpe and due to job loss i coudnt repay the amount, but now arraning some funds i repaid Rs.1125.00, and balance amount is Rs.875/- only. I asked postpe help line email and nodal officer to give me the final settlement amount so i can close this, but thier collection agent hacked my phone and calling my family friend and harrasing them too.. i need a sloution, postpe is not respoding for the mail for calls but their collection agents is keep calling me and my familiy members from multiple number, am already going through a bad stage since am not getting a job from long and already have bad thoughts due to the pressure from family side, hope you understand the situation and take action against with this postepe app
