I am Kavita Batra, I am using a vodafone number +91-8980864468 since 5 years, i traveled to US from 27th August to 20th September, i called the vodafone executive on 26th August 2018 to activate the international roaming pack on my number, the executive suggested me that i won’t get a good net speed in US as the number is indian, he guided me to buy a number from US itself, he adviced me to activate a Rs. 149/- scheme where he told net speed will be normal and you can get the incoming calls but if i’ll attend the call i will be charged. I had a layover in Japan, where my phone automatically started and as the messages started coming i kept my mobile data off but till the time i kept the data off 4MB had been used for which vodafone has charged me Rs.3000/- when i came back from US and asked the executives they are not ready to listen and help in anyway, i told them they can hear the recording which i talked on 26th Aug with the vodafone executive, firstly they saif they will check and kept me waiting fir 15 days and they did not call back about the same when i called again to ask the status they said they didn’t find any recording and also lied that my International roaming pack of 149 rs activated automatically, Does that happen? i tried explaining them i only requested but they have banned my outgoing calls and net usage.
Please help and look into the matter
