I had moved from vodafone postpaid to prepaid starting April 2021 before flying abroad. I still used to get postpaid bills, although, as I haven’t used the services since 2 months I should not be paying but helplessly I paid and tried again with my old postpaid sim. It is not working. I raised it multiple times through email but noone proactively worked on it to help me find a solution. I am very much disappointed with vodafone right now. Kindly look into the matter as I don’t want to lose the number.
