Hello,
i am using vodafone postpaid. Number is 9979947748. i applied for postpaid to prepaid. i paid all due and charges. they told me it will be converted from postpaid to prepaid within 48 hours. i applied on 11th march, today it is 16th march. they didn’t converted it yet. and my bill cycle started from 15th of every month. executive of vodafone store is saying you have to pay it, because service isn’t stopped. they delayed my application, it is their mistake and i have to pay for this delay. this highly improfessional behaviour. such a bad service in this digital and 4g era. they saying themself india’s superfast 4g service. it’s funny as well as ambracing. kindly please help.
