I have changed my 9224786786 postpaid to prepaid & ur Vodafone store bhayander west sales person told me to recharge with that store because its rule but they have not done my recharge & im facing a big problem today on 3 March

my business call was failed bcoz of them if they give me the permission that u can recharge anywhere outside or by thorough Vodafone app then i can use today on sunday

so plz take a serious action on this otherwise i will port this no on other Airtel NETWORK
