Dear Vodafone Team & Ms. Yael Dsouza
On 28th May I went to your Prabhadevi Ladies VI store to understand how to convert my postpaid to prepaid. They said I needed to send a 199 number as POST2PREP.
Today I went to your same store and they refused to do my number in prepaid stating that I have changed my plan through VI APP of RED X 1101 but if I am going to change from Post to Pre why should I change my plan this a very dirty and filthy tricks you are playing with customer.
If you will not resolve my problem I will lodge an official police complaint in consumer court for harassment and looting the customer for getting service.
I will make sure I raise this concern in social media for fooling customers for money.
Note:- If you can’t resolve my issues of converting my number 9619309864 from POSTPAID to PREPAID. I will strictly allow you to please stop my service and I will not pay any dues for the same. I have around 4 connections of VI in my family account and all 4 Vodafone customers will stop using it.
