Text of Complaint by ADITYA:

I want to inform you that, I have seen on Vi website that in Vi SIM will be delivered on same day and also activated on same day then I applied for new postpaid connection on 26 Nov’21 at 12 O’clock and I have also selected premium number and paid 2000/- for premium number but today 2 days passed and no call received from Vi team, it is pathetic service.

If Vi company can’t provide SIM till tomorrow then can cancel my connection on their behalf and refund my payment and provide an apology letter that Vi company is going to shut down so Vi company can’t provide SIM to any customer and Can’t activate any numbers also and whatever commitments are showing on Vi website and whatever advertisement is running on behalf of Vi is all a scam.

If Vi company can’t fulfill their promise and can’t provide good service to their customer, I give one advice, should close their Vi brand because other operator are providing better service than you and you can run an advertisement on social media for all Vi customers to port their SIM to another operator as Vi is not able to provide good service to its customer.

I am already using Vi postpaid connection and i face a lot of network issues and i complain every week but no solution from Vi side and now i have decided, i will port out the connection to another operator.

I will recommend to my friends and relatives that don’t Buy Vodafone SIM and don’t use Vodafone service, Vodafone service is pathetic service.
