On 13 Dec I have by mistake clicked redx plan 1699 within seconds it got activated without informing anything.but when I exit this plan it shows you can’t exit it without paying 3000 exit fees. Next I visit the vi store and called several times on toll free number. From continuously they called and asked to Pay the bill. They never answered my calls. They said you have to pay 3000. At last today I paid 7000 as exit fees I don’t know how they make my bill 7000 but it is a huge amount. Vodafone idea is fraudster company they cheated me. I never recommend anyone to take vodafone services. They looted me.
