Hi Consumer,

I bought Airtel Postpaid Connection on 29/June/19, Saturday from Basheer Bagh Airtel Store,

I have submitted valid documents ( Aadhar Card ) and sum of Rs 300/-.

They alloted me Number : 8977502092, and accept to go Rs:499/- Plan, Later i have downloaded Airtel App and while registering above number i supposed to get OTP, but i didnt, I tried Multiple times awaited for one hour, but no result.

Then i complaint to concern executive and he also tried but no response, When i call on above number ( 8977502092 ) from my other number the bell was ringing and someone has picked the call and he said he is using above number since more than 3 months. And that executive check above number in Airtel Portal and its shown New connection on my name, Again we tried to get message but no result,

Then that executive has replaced the sim and said in 24 hrs my problem will be resolve, but yesterday when i did the same procedure, No messages i recevie nor calls.

This is Very Serious matters, when someone is using above number with any details how they can assign this number to other customer with geniune documetns, If any mishappening thing happen then i will be in trouble,

So i am requesting Consumer court to take serious Action on Airtel how they allot a number without a valid proof and same number to other customer
