Text of Complaint by Sunil shaw:

On 13th jan 2021 i have emailed airtel to close my child number and asked over the phone to downgrade my plan .

Since then they didnot downgraded my plan and i keep getting huge bill amount every month.

I also share the snap for email that i sent on 13th jan to airtel
