The Paytm has established a limit of Rs 20k with Aditya Birla ,in spite of multiple times telling them to close the a/c they haven’t. Since last three months they are sending me statements of anything without my spends, whenever i make a payment then it goes in extra amount paid to Paytm. This time they have debited Rs396/- from my ac and no transaction to support the same. If you ask for statement they wont provide the same. I need Strick action and compesnation from Paytm due to mental agony they send me every month
